Astrid Park Plaza Hotel is centrally located in the heart of the world famous diamond area, opposite the monumental train station and zoo, near the bustling shopping areas. Attractions include the Diamond Museum, the market and various museums.
Large and spacious and decorated in blue and green, giving the rooms a nautical feel, emphasised by windows in the shape of portholes. Each room has natural wood furniture with a desk and armchair. The rooms are bright and airy. The bathrooms have marble decor, are very clean and of a medium size.
The main restaurant is on the second floor and has a huge window looking out onto the gardens. There is a smaller restaurant for private functions. The hotel has its own in-house sushi chef and a kosher kitchen. The bar offers guests the chance to find a diamond in their drink and is adjacent to the restaurant.
